Yoga 101: 6 Session yoga Program
A 6 session yoga program consisting of one hour classes and presentations for employees with all levels of yoga experience. The classes will introduce employees to the principles of yoga gradually demonstrate how yoga can be incorporated into daily wellness routine as part of a healthy lifestyle. The sessions may be done in one day as an intensive or over an extended period of time.
One hour presentation highlighting principles of yoga and ayurveda that can be incorporated into the daily wellness routine. This presentation explores he doshas, eating, resting and choosing appropriate diet and exercise. This is an extended version of the small changes workshop.
Introduction to Yoga
An interactive session introducing participants to the components of yoga. This includes basic poses, breathing practices and using yoga for mind body integration. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and refine techniques.
Introduction to meditation
After a brief talk on the benefits and types of mediation, participants will be led through a class introducing the basics of meditation, how to meditate and different types of meditations. Participants will receive a free audio guided mediation.
Introduction to restorative yoga
Participants will be introduced to using yoga to restore optimal health. This includes restorative poses to soothe he body and yoga nidra to soothe the mind. Participants will receive a free 45 minutes yoga nidra: guided relaxation audio.
Introduction to power yoga
A sweaty high paced session introducing participants to the most popular form of yoga. This vigorous form of yoga moves quickly from one pose to the next creates heat and help with weight loss as well as increased flexibility. (Not suitable for people with injuries and certain medical conditions)
Taking yoga off the mat
An informative and interactive session highlighting the application of yoga in daily life. This includes yoga at your desk, interpersonal connections and dealing with conflict..

Weekly All Levels Program
Regular program catering to persons with all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Classes may be gentle and relaxing or more vigorous depending on the needs of your employees.
$60/person/month for a minimum of 6 employees.
All you need to start is:
• an open space or conference room of with 21 square feet (3’ X7’) per person
• a mat or towel for each participant

Yoga at your desk
A 30 minute workshop highlighting simple exercises that can easily be done at your desk. The series of stretches and breathing techniques is designed to soothe and release the tension that builds up in the shoulders, neck and back from sitting at a desk. The exercises have the added benefit of increasing physical activity and reducing stress.
Monetta Wilson will lead participant in the exercises and show how these can be incorporated on a daily basis. Required equipment: one chair per participant.
OTHER AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS
Introduction to yoga
A 30 minute yoga session introducing basic yoga poses and their benefits. This will be in the form of a short yoga class. Participants will be required to wear workout clothes that they can move freely while wearing. Required equipment: one mat/towel per participant. Shoes are not required.
Everyone wants to be healthier but most people don’t want to make drastic changes in their life. Monetta Wilson will present some changes that can be made to the diet and lifestyle. These changes can result in visible results. You will look better and feel better too.
30 Minute Lunchtime Chair Yoga
Monetta Wilson will come to your office during lunch for a midday stress reliever. Stay seated in your chair while you stretch and breathe to relax away the morning’s tensions and renew your energy for a productive afternoon. Required equipment: one chair per person.
