Even though we have more time on our hands many of us find it more difficult to exercise and commit to our well being. It feels like all you want to do is lay around and eat junk food. So I created the wellness stream, your daily dose of knowledge, wellness and inspiration. 30 days of wellness streamed live for 30 minutes every morning at 9am AST. Every morning at 9 am I will be going live for 30 minutes to share a daily dose of wellness focusing on nourishing the body, mind and soul to achieve wellness.
Each week we will focus on a different area to achieve total wellness. For the first week everything will revolve on believing in yourself. What is holding you back from achieving your dreams. Anything is possible if you believe. Let’s build the framework to smash your goals. The following three weeks will focus on nourishing the body, mind and soul to achieve wellness.
Each day we will explore a different area of wellness.
On Sundays we will sweat with a warming flow to build heat, release toxins from the body and build strength and muscle tone.
On Monday we will practice meditation to relax, relieve stress and nourish the mind.
On Tuesday we will learn the intricacies of yoga poses and other exercises. We learn how to do them properly to honor our bodies and prevent injuries.
On Wednesdays it is your chance to shine. You shape the class by submitting requests for poses you would like to work on or parts of the body you would like to stretch or strengthen.
On Thursdays we have gentle movement to promote healing and muscle recovery.
On Fridays we talk philosophy. We will talk about the philosophy of yoga or the science of exercise to nourish the mind.
On Saturdays we will enjoy guided relaxation for rest and renewal to nourish our souls.
